Green Enlivening

The color spectrum, and its appearance as a rainbow, is one of the great phenomenons of the natural world.  Everyone at some time in their lives has been moved by it, and it has inspired children, artists, philosophers, scientists and poets throughout the centuries.

The spectrum is one visible signpost to the still largely unknown worlds of energy and essence that sustain and enhance life, and to which our human systems are designed to respond, in ways that we can register in the feelings and states that both color and music can evoke.

This music has been composed with the assistance of color researchers and well being practitioners.  Sound, like light, carries energy and the music tracks here are designed to nourish different aspects of the multi-dimensional physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual lives that we each are.

Our aim has been to tune ourselves, not to a musical key in the first instance, but to the frequency of the colors.  This musical vitamin represents some of the tones and qualities of the extraordinary diversity within the color GREEN and can be useful in the promotion of enlivening, uplift and lightness.   Let us know what you think.  You can listen to a short preview of the music below.  This musical vitamin download includes a companion writing and visual prompter to further assist you.
