Description

There are two music tracks in this musical vitamin download to assist in creating an ecology in and around you to relieve stress and aggravation, to soothe muscles, release tension, and calm the nerves.  The speeds of the music and the repetition of themes are intentional, as our systems heal and run more effectively when there is continuity of thought and a fluidity in our movements and processes.  There are sample clips of the music for you to listen to.
